The Mortal Coil brings a realization that Sheppard and others on Atlantis can heal and are probably infected with Nanites. But that isn’t all. This is not the first time a member of a Stargate team has been cloned as robots or aliens or in this case, Replicators. Some renegade replicators are trying to seek Ascension and so they added in human dna to the Replicator mix. The Weir replicator is back. Then the main Replicators attack and the Replicator Atlantis Team contacts the real Atlantis. The main Replicators follow however and attack. Gee I wonder if the duplicates will sacrifice themselves?
