Netflix has been letting me down lately. I have very clearly given it my ratings and it can see what movies I choose to rent. Yet Netflix has recommended many different movies to me and I have been unhappy with the result. It seems like all of the recommendations are terrible. Sigh. I don’t know how they can improve it.
